The INJECTION MOULDING operation runs 24 hours a day 5 days a week, with the capacity of the 19 moulding machine ranging from 15 to 265 tonnes. A huge range of thermoplastics and engineering plastics are processed regularly, producing a wide variety of products for diverse market sectors.

Our CNC MACHINING division has developed from close links with major aerospace contractors and specialises in precision engineering of injection moulded product.

Our TOOLMAKING division produces the full range of precision tooling such as: multiple cavity, stepped parting line, hot runner, insulated runner, secondary movement, unscrewing, multiple plate, pneumatic ejection and moulding of loose inserts. Our well-equipped toolroom also serves the Mouldshop as an in house repair facility.
Our 3D PRINTING facility enables us to model new products during or upon design completion. Additionally we can offer the printing service to any client who is looking to evaluate samples or only wants small quantities. We can offer competitive pricing with a quick turn around.
Our CLEANROOM facilities enable us to fulfil the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry for both moulding and assembly work.
Standards are rigorously maintained to class 10000 (fed 290E/class J (BS5295)/ISO class 7 for the moulding area and class 100 (fed 209E) class F (BS5295)/ISO class 5 in the assembly area.
The VACUUM FORMING facilities are utilized by both manufacturing and trade packing clients, but also enable us to offer packaging systems for product manufactured within the company to be dispatched oriented and ready for loading into automated/packaging equipment.
Our PRODUCT PRINTING facilitiy enables us to personalise your product to your own unique specification. Trade logos or printed user information can be added to the moulding within our own facility, thus avoiding the need of third party handling. We can help arrange for the deisgn of the print plate and match your specific colour requirements.
